Learning styles assessment

At school, we already learn in different ways. One listens to the material, takes notes and passes the test. The other learns faster through practical experience. These learning styles influence how quickly you absorb and remember information. Understanding your learning style and that of your team members can prevent unpleasant situations. Our assessment helps your team work better together.

Why is the learning styles assessment important for your organization?

The assessment provides insight into team composition. Everyone has a personal learning style: some are practical and get straight to work, while others consider all perspectives before deciding. In a team, these styles complement each other, leading to better results.

What does the assessment measure?

What does our assessment measure?

Our assessment gives you insight into your preference for different learning styles and offers a brief explanation of them. This allows you, or your team, to identify strong preferences and possible shortcomings.

A unique assessment with personal profiles

Our assessment creates a unique profile for each participant, based on measured skills and preferred behaviors. Instead of standard levels, we indicate whether your score is high, medium or low relative to the norm. This will give you a clear picture of your strengths and areas of development. All of our assessments include gamification elements.

David Kolb

David Kolb’s learning styles theory

Iamprogrez has developed a learning styles assessment based on David Kolb’s theory. Kolb says that everyone has a preference for one or more learning styles, each with their own strengths and weaknesses. Do you think carefully before you do something, or do you take action right away? According to Kolb, you need to develop all styles for efficient learning.

Continuous improvement

We strive to maximize the validity of our assessment. Therefore, we constantly monitor the validity of the questionnaire and apply gamification elements when necessary to improve the user experience. This way, we guarantee that you have an accurate and enjoyable experience while taking the questionnaire.
