Team Roles assessment
Our team roles assessment, based on Belbin’s model, acknowledges that team members’ diverse personalities and approaches can lead to conflicts or goal delays. Understanding these dynamics helps prevent issues. Gain insights into your team role with our assessment to enhance team effectiveness.
Why is the Team Roles assessment important for your organization?
When pursuing goals, your approach, though logical to you, may differ from others in a team setting, leading to potential conflicts. Understanding and acknowledging team roles fosters mutual understanding and clear communication, crucial for smooth team functioning and achieving better results, as shown by multiple studies.
What does our assessment measure?
Complete our assessment to receive an overview of various team roles and how well they align with you. You’ll also get brief explanations of these roles, empowering you and your team to enhance communication and accelerate goal achievement!
A unique assessment with personal profiles
Our comprehensive measurement creates a unique profile for each participant. This profile is formed by the measured skills and corresponding preferred behaviors. We do not offer standard levels, but indicate whether your score is high, average or low relative to the norm. This will give you a clear overview of your strengths and areas of development.
Within all of our assessments, we use gamification elements.
